Wherever you are, be confident and bold in your faith!
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. My friend, Linda was at a doctor’s visit, when two medical students shadowing her doctor gently approached her and asked if she had a support system. Linda shared how her biggest support was Jesus. And then, one the interns said, “Well then would you mind if we prayed for you?” Linda was taken aback. So they began to pray when, suddenly, the door opened: it was a nurse. And Linda worried that the medical students might be get in trouble, but to their surprise, the nurse joined them in prayer! Wow! Here was Linda at a local county hospital with medical students and nurses praying for her health! And it’s because those two students took hold of Hebrews 4 where it says, “… Come boldly to the throne of God. There, we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” So, friend, whoever you meet and wherever you are, be confident, be bold in your faith!
