Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. Little Logan had always wanted to do a lemonade stand. Well, when the 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal earlier this year, this 4-year-old told his mommy he wanted to sell lemonade to help those affected by the earthquake. And so, the two set up a stand and posted signs. With garage sales going on that day, Logan had plenty of customers and he raised 32 dollars! This little boy was so excited that he even asked his mom if they were going to drive the money to Nepal to give it to the people there! Oh, if we would only become like little children, as Jesus said! Today, join Logan and me in praying for people who’ve been affected by disaster. And if the Lord nudges you to support them, give generously. Proverbs 19 says, “Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and God will repay him for that deed.”
