Life is short and fleeting, so don’t fritter away your days pursuing things that won’t last. Invest your time in things that will last for eternity and be a Psalm 90 Christian!
Hi, I’m Joni, and with quadriplegia, lung problems, chronic pain, and aging, life seems to be getting harder. I also realize life is getting shorter. I know I am on the down side of life, but that’s not a cue to take it easy. More than ever, I want to make the most of my days; I want to be wise with every 24-hour slice of time that God gives me. In short, I am constantly quoting to myself Psalm 90, “Teach me to number my days, O Lord, that I might apply my heart to your wisdom.” Look, I want to invest my time in things that will last for eternity. In whatever things are pure, and noble, and praiseworthy. I want to invest in people whom I love, in Kingdom initiatives, and in Gospel giving. I dare not fritter away my days pursuing things that won’t last. So, would you please join me in being a Psalm 90 Christian? Number your days and be wise with your time.
