Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. In Deuteronomy 30, God says, “I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life.” As Christians, we are to choose life, to be “pro-life.” But to be pro-life is to care not only about what happens to that unborn baby in his mother's womb; a pro-life perspective extends to helping that child once he’s born with a disability. So many kids are born with disabilities, and for many moms and dad’s life changes drastically—they become socially isolated, financially strapped, and fearful of the future.
