God makes everything beautiful—and that includes you, even with your physical imperfections.
Hi, I'm Joni Eareckson Tada. And I remember a flight where a woman in front of me turned and introduced herself to me as Judy. We chatted for a bit and then, Judy reached inside her purse and gave me this beautiful little natural pearl bracelet—but these weren’t the smooth, round pearls you’d expect. They were all defective with lots of bumps and ridges on them; all odd-shaped and unmatched. But strung together, with that pearlescent surface, those faulty pearls looked lovely. Judy said to me, “Isn't it amazing, how God can make something so imperfect and irregular look so beautiful?” Oh, friend, just like those pearls—my outward appearance isn’t perfect. But Ecclesiastes 3 says he makes everything beautiful—and that includes you, even with your physical imperfections. So, remember that unusual necklace today and remember that God has made you beautiful in his time.
