Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada, and I love it when kids are generous and compassionate. Take seven-year-old Natalie. Her mom called Joni and Friends and put Natalie on the speaker phone. It was her birthday last week, but precious Natalie decided to give up presents to raise money for wheelchairs for Wheels for the World. Believe it or not, this little girl raised $750. What inspired Natalie? Well, she had just lost a friend who used a wheelchair and it made her think of all the other kids with disabilities in the world who really need wheelchairs. So Natalie went online, read about our Wheels for the World outreach, and decided to participate. Bless this little girl’s generous and compassionate spirit. It’ll certainly make a big difference in the lives of kids with disabilities in developing nations. And you know what? You can make a difference, too. Find out all the details about Wheels for the World at joniandfriends.org.
