Episode Transcription

Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. My friend Judy recently went to Serbia to volunteer at one of our International Family Retreats. She texted me a photo of a Joni book in Serbian. Her text said, “Joni, I was visiting a Christian bookstore in Serbia and there was the Joni book right in the front window—then I learned from our retreat pastor that yours was the first Christian book he read as a young man. Isn't it wonderful to see, so many years later, all the fruit in Christ's kingdom as a result of the Gospel seeds that you planted so long ago?!” Her text gave me a lump in my throat. Because when we plant the seeds of our testimony, God is faithful in making it grow and flourish—just as 1 Corinthians 3 puts it. It’s why I encourage you to share your story along with the Gospel message. Not sure how to? Visit us at joniandfriends.org and let us know how we can resource you as you witness to others.
