If you want to experience God's power in your life every day, then start tomorrow morning by reciting aloud your gratitude for Calvary.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. And I enjoy my morning breakfast routine. I haven’t altered it in years. That’s because we build habits around the things that matter to us. And you know what? It’s the same way with the Gospel.I have built the habit of remembering, every morning, to preach the Gospel to myself. At 7:30 a.m. when I pray with the girls who get me up in my wheelchair, I remind us all of the things that matter most to God. Every morning we speak aloud of our gratitude for the cross of Christ, always thanking God for washing away our sins with the blood of his Son. 1 Corinthians 1:18 says that, “The cross is the power of God.” So, friend, if you want to experience God's power in your life every day, then start tomorrow morning by reciting aloud your gratitude for Calvary. It’s the best – it’s the only way – to step out into the day in the power of God.
