If you feel trapped in the matrix of life, please know that there's a warehouse of grace available for you today.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. David is battling cancer that has spread everywhere in his body. And his wife told me, “Yes, it's hard, but our time with God has been so precious. It makes the matrix of life seem so artificial and trite, but I’m able to look at David without a hint of annoyance. The knife of suffering has carved off life's calluses, and what I see clearly are the souls of people that I love most, covered in grace. We did not see life this way before cancer; but now we do.” Oh, friend, if only we would recognize difficult times as something God has chosen to prove his love to us; then each trial would usher us into a place of divine shelter, of rest and a demonstration to others of God's power. God asks Job in chapter 38, “Have you entered the storehouses… which I reserve for times of trouble?” If you feel trapped in the matrix of life, please know this – there's a warehouse of grace available for you today.
