It’s time to get serious about God’s Word.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. Last time my sister Kathy was visiting us, I took a close look at her Bible [she was studying at our kitchen table]. Her Bible was filled with a whole bunch of little colored tabs – I mean, zillions of them. I said to Kathy, “What are all those tabs about? I mean, how can you keep so many straight?” She laughed and replied, “Well, the pink ones are questions I need to research, the yellow tabs note insights I don’t want to forget.” God bless my sister! She is such a good example to me of 2 Timothy 2, where it says, “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” Friend, join me in pursuing the goal of this stirring scripture verse.
