You don’t need a seminary degree in order to tell others about Jesus.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada with a story about my friend Diana. We first met in high school, and it was not long before we became best friends. Like me, she loved playing the piano, loved to sing, and she was a strong follower of Jesus. Everybody could see Diana was serious about her faith. In fact, after I broke my neck, it was Diana who helped pull me out of depression and she even started a Bible study at my house. Diana’s example reminds me of Paul and Silas when they preached in Thessalonica. In Acts 17, people said of them, “These men … have turned the world upside down.” Well, just what exactly did “these men” do? They simply told the people they met about Jesus. That’s it. And this is good news for you. Because shaking your world for Christ does not require a seminary education. Just tell others about the Lord and you’ll turn it upside down.
