One day, after you and your loved ones pass, you’ll meet each other and the Lord up in the clouds. Be alive in the Lord and you’ll be able to have this sweet reunion.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. Most teens focus on themselves when suffering, but not Zach. When told he had only months to live because of a rare form of bone cancer, Zach set out to live his last days making others smile. How? By writing and performing songs for his family and friends so that, as he put it, “They can have something to remember me by and lean on when I’m gone.” Songs with lyrics of how someday he will go up, up, up into the clouds where “we’ll never see the end,” and where “everything will be just right, and we’ll see each other again.” Zach’s message is a reflection of I Thessalonians 4, where it says, “We who are alive … will be caught up… in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.” Therefore [it says], “encourage one another with these words.” And bless Zach’s heart; he did just that for his family.
