Keep obeying and trusting because one day, your faith will become greater than you could possibly imagine.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. And during His years on earth, Jesus spoke a lot about great faith, but He spoke far more about little faith. In Matthew 17, Jesus chides His disciples for their small faith, but then He gives them an illustration that must have stopped them in their tracks. He tells them in effect, “Why, if your faith were as small as a mustard seed, you could do anything!” Now notice something. Jesus does not compare little faith with great faith; He compares little faith with tiny, barely visible faith. But even that microscopic faith, if genuine, can throw aside mountains in its path! And remember, the tiny mustard seed is the kind when it grows, it becomes one of the largest trees in the garden. In other words, if you feel your faith is small now, keep persevering. Keep obeying, keep trusting. For one day, your faith will become greater than you could possibly imagine.
