Come boldly to God’s throne where you’ll always find more than enough grace for every one of your needs.
I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. Recently I was out running errands with my friend, Kara. We ran into Costco to pick up a few bars of soap and hand cream. The guy at the check-out rang up my items and said, “Is this it? You’re only buying two items at Costco?!” I felt a little sheepish buying so little, but I knew what he meant. Costco is a place where you are expected to go away with a lot! I told Kara as we left that I felt as though I had missed out. And that’s when she commented, “You know, we often approach God’s warehouse of grace in the same way – only grabbing what we need for the moment. But God has Costco-sized grace for us all, and He’s promised to supply our needs according to His riches in Jesus.” Oh friend, that is a lot of grace. So, let’s remember Hebrews 4 and come boldly to God’s throne where we will always find more than enough grace for every need.
