Pray for the God of hope to fill the hearts of all young people.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. And in countries like Romania, many parents with special-needs children need help, but often times, their own relatives and friends turn a blind eye to their plight. Thankfully, Simona, the mother of little Alexia who can’t walk, did not turn a blind eye to her daughter’s needs. Filled with hope, Simona prayed the way of Romans 15, “Lord [she prayed], grant Alexia to overflow with hope.” Well, the Lord answered that prayer when our Wheels for the World team provided little Alexia with a wheelchair. For the very first time, Alexia is able to sit up and face the world head-on: she has hope, a promising future, and an assurance that God is faithful. So, parents out there? May I encourage you to pray over your children? Pray for the God of hope to fill the hearts of your young ones.
