Keep on praying, because salvation for your loved one may be just on the horizon.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. And for years Mrs. Hanover prayed for her husband's salvation. Then, one day, he was killed in an accident. Discouraged, she stopped living for the Lord. Five years later she met Roger who told her that Mr. Hanover had picked him up when he was hitchhiking. During their drive, Roger witnessed to Mr. Hanover. Well, I tell ya, the man was so convicted, he pulled his car over on the road and prayed to receive Christ; but later on, that same night, he died. Indeed, Mr. Hanover is in heaven. And while his wife felt immense joy, at this good news she also cried tears of regret for having given up in discouragement. From that point on, she fanned the embers of her faith.
