Learn to trust God and see your tragedies turn into triumph!
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada. And my friend, Sungchil, was a skilled pianist in Korea. Her husband, Moses, who had been a voice major at Yonsei University, often enjoyed singing when Sungchil would play the piano. Then in 1989, a terrible automobile accident left her a quadriplegic and it took the lives of their two children. Thankfully, Moses and Sungchil Park possessed a strong faith in Christ and eventually, they established a ministry to special needs families in LA's Korean American community. Although Sungchil has to lie in bed often because of pressure sore problems, this woman spends her time memorizing God's Word – [get this] she’s got the entire book of Psalms committed entirely to memory! This dear Christian is a huge inspiration to me, and I hope to you, too. May each of us learn to trust God and see our tragedies turn to triumphs just like Sungchil.
