It’s not easy to love your neighbor, but with God’s help, it can be a fulfilling moment for the both of you that’s all according to His purpose.
Hi, I’m Joni Eareckson Tada with a beautiful story of what it means to love your neighbor. Crystal had been walking through her neighborhood one day when she passed a young man in a wheelchair sitting in his front yard. After engaging in conversation, she learned that a recent accident had left him a quadriplegic. God stirred within her a strong desire to help this family. Unsure of what to do, she gave Joni and Friends a call. We prayed for her and sent her the Joni book to share. Nervously, Crystal approached the neighbor’s front door, uncertain of how this gift might be received. The mom answered the door and when Crystal gave her my book, she was so touched that she broke down crying. And now, Crystal is connected to this family.
